We Met with Young Graduates at the ITU Faculty of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering Graduation Ceremony

While sharing in the excitement of our young friends at the graduation ceremony of ITU's Faculty of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, I was reminded once again of how strong our hopes for the future truly are. Maritime affairs are changing. Technology is changing. The world is changing. And it is our youth — raised with knowledge, courage, and vision — who will lead the way through this transformation. As we enter the second century of the Cabotage Law, we need a new perspective that prepares our maritime sector not only for today, but for tomorrow as well. I wholeheartedly congratulate all of our graduates and wish them clear horizons ahead. A New Route at Sea.
